Jam Jar is a digital practice journal that helps musicians track their practice habits, upload recordings, and visualize progress.

Certain features require registration and/or a subscription. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

We may change pricing or features at any time, with notice posted to the website.

4. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to content you upload (e.g., audio recordings). You grant Jam Jar a limited license to store and display that content to you within your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

Jam Jar is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we take reasonable care in operating the service, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law that cannot be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited, at our option, to:

• the resupply of the service; or
• the payment of the cost of having the service resupplied.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any content you upload.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updates.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
